Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 cups palak


  • 250 gms mushroom


  • 1 cups coriander


  • 1 nos garlic


  • 5-6 nos green chillies


  • 3-4 nos tomatoes


  • 1 tsp sabzi masala


  • 1 tsp amchur masala


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp haldi


  • 1 tsp dhania powder


  • 1 pinch salt as per taste

Directions

  • Firstly make a paste for green masala by grinding coriander green chillies garlic n tomatoes
  • Now wash n boil palak by adding a pinch of soda to retain its color. N den make puree..
  • Now heat oil in a kadhai add the green masala along with haldi n cook on medium flame till oil seperates.
  • Add the mushrooms n cook for 7_8 mins
  • Now add the palak puree n cook for few mins..
  • Serve hot with chappati or nan.
